1. In a pitcher and using a spoon, dissolve condensed milk in hot coffee. refrigerate until cold, or place in the freezer for about an hour to save time.

2. In a rectangular, flat-bottomed bowl, combine soymilk, chilli powder and grated beans with a spoon. then, using a hand blender, dissolve soy lecithin into the solution. mix for 3 to 4 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes
3. Pour cold coffee in clear glasses and top with chilli-tonka foam.
