HONEY-GOLD ROSE JELLY

1. In a pot, combine honey and rosé. Sprinkle in Agar-agar and mix it in using a spoon. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat immediately. Let sit for 5 minutes. While you wait, arrange berries and flowers in a flexible, rectangular plastic container. Save a few flowers for garnish.
2. Pour preparation into prepared container and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour
3. Serve as pictured, topped with cherries and a few flowers, with a cheese platter and croutons.
